Gift vouchers are redeemable for any of our workshop series or events held by our partner venue Edward.S available via our website. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Terms & Conditions

Redemption: This voucher is redeemable for participation in workshops offered by Botanics of Melbourne or partnering Venue Edward.S only.

  1. Validity Period: The voucher is valid for 4 years from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

  2. Booking: Workshop participation is subject to availability, and booking must be made in advance via our website.

  3. Non-transferable: This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Once booked, workshops are subject to the cancellation policy of Botanics of Melbourne. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within 2 weeks of the scheduled workshop.

  5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Botanics of Melbourne shall not be liable for any lost or stolen vouchers, replacements are at the discretion or Botanics of Melbourne.

  6. Usage Limit: This voucher may only be used for a single workshop session and cannot be split across multiple sessions.

  7. Workshop Cancellation: Botanics of Melbourne reserves the right to postpone any workshop in the event minimum participant numbers are not met.
